This website is operated by Azuki Arts Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Azuki Arts. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Digital Products & Licensing
All products sold on this store are digital files. No physical items will be shipped.

  • Ownership: The Artist retains all copyrights to the artwork.
  • Grant of License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license.

  • Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files. You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, AI training/datasets, or NFT minting without explicit written consent and a separate commercial license.

3. Delivery of Goods Goods are delivered via letter mail or air mail immediately following a successful payment. If you do not receive your purchase within 1 month, please contact azukiarts@gmail.com.

4. Refund Policy All sales are final. We cannot "return" a purchase once it has been accessed.

  • If you experience any damages or issues with your purchase, please reach out to azukiarts@gmail.com. A replacement or alternative solution may be provided.

5. Accuracy of Billing You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

6. User-Generated Content If you post a review or tag us in a photo of a printed version of the artwork, you grant us a non-exclusive license to share that content on our social media channels for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability Azuki Arts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of your use or inability to use the digital products.

8. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website.
