Where can you ship?

Currently I can only ship to Canada, US and UK! We're working on expanding our shipping.

If I can't serve you directly right now, please check out our ACG Goods shop!

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Your order will be shipped 1-3 days after we receive your order! Arrival times will depend on your location, but estimates are provided below:

Untracked via Canada Post:

Canada - 7 days

US - 7-14 days

UK - 14-30 days

Shipped via Stallion Express:

This greatly depends on your location. However most orders arrive between 4-21 days.

You should be able to track it with the tracking number provided to your e-mail.

What if my order is lost/damaged?

I do my best to make sure your order is packed with care before they're sent out! It is still possible for untracked mail to get lost.

Please allow up to 2 months from shipping date, just in case your order is late.

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact azukiarts@gmail.com for a replacement!

Can we buy from you in person?

Yes! My products are also slightly more affordable in person since I don't have to cover shipping.

I currently only visit Canadian events. Check my upcoming events to see if I'm selling near you soon!

Do you take custom orders/commissions?

Yes! You can check my rates and place a commission request at azukiarts.com !
